The NHS Credit Union is closely monitoring all updates from UK Government and Health officials in regards to the coronavirus outbreak.
We are currently reviewing all our current business continuity procedures and as it stands we remain business as usual for all share withdrawals, loan applications, and general membership enquiries.
In order to keep you updated with any important news and information relating to the effect this may have on our standard business operation we ask that you please check that all your email and telephone contact information is up to date and accurate.
Your email and telephone contact information can be checked and updated via the ‘My Profile’ section of the Members Area online.
You can also update your email and telephone contact details by logging into the NHS Credit Union mobile app and updating via the ‘My Info’ tab.
At this time we would encourage all members who have yet to register for online backing to do so either online or through the mobile banking app.
