We’d like to advise members that due to a technical issue, the NHS Credit Union has suspended its automated telephone service until further notice.
Any members wishing information on their accounts can still access details in many other ways – including through our website; via our banking app – or by contacting the office.
Members wishing more information on this can contact the office via our secure messaging facility NIVO, or call the staff on 0141-445-0022.
For obvious confidentiality reasons, we shall NOT be able to discuss this issue on any social media platform.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause members, but we’ll be more than happy to help provide alternative methods of accessing your account until the issue is resolved.
