We’re closely monitoring all coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the Government and NHS and as always our member and staff well-being is our top priority. 


As Government advice is changing on a regular basis we want our members to be reassured that we have a robust contingency plan in place to provide you with our normal service standards. We have split our staffing so that we have a team who will remain office based while conducting social distancing whilst other team members will provide member services remotely. Our staff and member safety is a primary concern so in order to abide by the latest Government rules no visitors will be allowed to visit our office and we ask that our members utilise our online services – If you’re unsure how to register for online banking please do not hesitate to contact us and a member of staff will be happy to help. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated with all news regarding COVID-19.

– High temperature

– Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
