Stress Awareness Month has been held every April, since 1992. The Mental Health Foundation reported that 74% of UK adults have had a moment where they have felt so stressed that they have been too overwhelmed or unable to cope with the situation.

This month, the NHS Credit Union will be joining health care professionals and health promotion experts across the country, to increase public awareness around stress and how to help combat stress in this modern-day life.

How can I Celebrate Stress Awareness Month?

You can take part in the Stress Management’s 30-day challenge!

This challenge encourages you to do one action for your physical, mental and emotional well-being each day. You can find these challenges HERE.
