Further to our previous announcement, where we made changes to our lump sum policy to allow us to pay a dividend to our members. We have taken the decision to reduce the maximum savings amount to £75,000, which will allow us to support this further during the current pandemic.
Members who will be affected by this change will be contacted separately.

How do I update my email address?
To receive our monthly emails with updates on products, offers and competitions then please make sure you have a valid email address with us.
If you are registered online* or on our mobile banking app* then you can update or enter your email address in here.
*Simply, login online HERE click ‘My Profile’ and under ‘Contact Information’ you will be able to enter your email address. After you have done this please press ‘Update Email’.
*To download our mobile banking app visit HERE. To update your details on our app simply go to ‘My Info’ and edit your email address.
