Further to our previous announcement, where we made changes to our lump sum policy to allow us to pay a dividend to our members. We have taken the decision to reduce the maximum savings amount to £50,000, which will allow us to support this further during the current pandemic.

Members who will be affected by this change will be contacted separately.

We are grateful for your continued support throughout these difficult times – it really does mean a lot to our team.

Lump Sum Reminder

We would like to remind our members that we’re no longer accepting lump sum payments of any amount into our savings accounts.

We understand this may inconvenience some members but we have taken these decisions with all of members interests at heart.

This is constantly being reviewed and please be assured that we will update you if and when the situation changes.

How do I update my email address?

To receive our monthly emails with updates on products, offers and competitions then please make sure you have a valid email address with us. 

If you are registered online* or on our mobile banking app* then you can update or enter your email address in here.

*Simply, login online HERE click ‘My Profile’ and under ‘Contact Information’ you will be able to enter your email address. After you have done this please press ‘Update Email’.

*To download our mobile banking app visit HERE. To update your details on our app simply go to ‘My Info’ and edit your email address.
